Mission Summary
USS Valiant under Commander Rhupert Tyree will be transporting Marines and Intel officers off of the USS Pioneer to a rumored Obsidian Order base hidden in the Bad Lands. The Pioneer's mission is to go in and retrieve Lieutenant Commander (former) Calvin Quaid who betrayed his oath to the Federation and Star Fleet. They want him brought back.
Commander Tyree's orders are to drive the bus...but it's always more complicated than that. The Romulans are helping out by providing a cloaking device for the Valiant as well as an officer, Colonel Galen, to operate the cloak.
Hindering the mission, two of Valiant's officers are sick with Cobalt Diselenide, now altered to work on non-Cardassians and Cardassian alike.
The Pioneers aren't the only ones that want the information. The President has his own interests as well.
